Account & data deletion

Delete your Onubotaccount & data

You can ask us to permanently delete your Onubotaccount and the data associated with it. Submit the form below and our team will verify and process your request manually,you don't need to be signed in to ask.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account details (name, email, phone)
  • Conversation and chat history with the assistant
  • Uploaded documents, lab reports, and scanned images
  • Saved symptoms, medication lists, and health history

What we may keep

  • Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. proof of a transaction), kept only as long as the law requires

Within 30 days.We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it's done.
