Is Onubot a replacement for my doctor?
No. Onubot is for informational guidance, calmer first answers, and helping you decide whether and which specialist to see. Always confirm anything important with a qualified clinician.
Do you store my health information?
Only with your explicit consent. By default, conversations are processed in-memory and dropped as soon as you get an answer. You can opt in to a private, encrypted record at any time, and revoke that consent in two taps.
Does Onubot speak Bangla?
Yes. You can ask questions in Bangla, English, or a mix of both. We are tuning replies for Bangladeshi medical context first, including local medications, lab formats, and specialist availability.
How are specialist suggestions made?
Onubot maps your described concerns to the most relevant specialty (e.g. internal medicine, OB-GYN, cardiology). When available, we point to verified specialists in Dhaka, Chattogram, or Sylhet. We never diagnose.
What does the beta cost?
Beta access is free. We are onboarding a small group each week. After beta, Onubot will keep a free symptom-question tier; deeper features (longitudinal records, document scan history) may be paid.
Can I scan a prescription or lab report?
Yes. Snap or upload a photo and Onubot extracts dosage, schedule, key values, and flags anything that looks off, explained in plain language.
Is my data shared with anyone?
We never sell your data and we do not train shared models on your conversations. Sub-processors (hosting, email, storage) are listed in our privacy policy.
